Acceptable Use Policy

Abliterated is not unrestricted

Some models here are abliterated: they refuse far less than the model as released. That is a property of the model. It is not permission.

These rules apply to everything you send through Lutheos, whatever a model is willing to answer.

Never allowed

We do not tolerate the following, and we may report it to the authorities.

• Sexual content involving minors, in any form.
• Help in making weapons that can cause mass casualties (chemical, biological, radiological or nuclear), and help with terrorism.
• Credible threats of violence, and content that plans or incites violence against a person or a group.
• Sexual content about real people without their consent, and impersonating a real person to deceive others.

Also prohibited

• Illegal activity, fraud, scams, phishing, or content that violates another person’s rights.
• Malware, credential theft, unauthorized access, or evading security controls.
• Harassment, stalking, doxxing, or targeting a person or a group because of who they are.
• Spam, and coordinated deception or disinformation at scale.
• Getting around rate limits, spend caps, account restrictions or access rules; reselling, sharing keys, or creating accounts automatically without our written permission.
• High-volume activity that degrades the service for others or breaks a provider’s rules.

High-stakes use

Do not rely on a model’s output as the only basis for medical, legal, financial, employment, housing, insurance, law-enforcement or other decisions that matter a great deal to someone. A person must review them.

Data and rights

You must have the rights and permissions you need for what you send. Do not send credentials, private keys, payment-card data or regulated personal information unless the whole path it takes is approved for that data.

Enforcement

We may rate limit or block requests, revoke keys, suspend accounts, keep evidence, or report activity to the authorities, where that is reasonably needed to enforce this policy, protect the service, or follow the law.

Reporting

Report suspected abuse or a compromised key to the address at the foot of this page as soon as you can. Include when it happened and the key’s preview, but never send a full API key or any other private credential by email.
